Back in the late 90s, we decided it was time to find office space so we looked all over Austin to find the right spot.
We quickly came to a conclusion that, for the most part, office space sucks. Long dull hallways… parking garages… No thanks.
Then we found a cabin on Lake Travis. Little place tucked in the woods at the end of a dirt road, under a canopy of oaks. AND… it’s lakefront.
We bought it and have been quietly shaking things up there ever since.
Come see us. We’re on Hudson Bend Road just past the Mansfield Dam. Look for the giant spur in the road (that’s our mailbox).
So how do you stand out?
(OK. We just liked the idea of telling people to make a right at the spur in the road.)
Chris Greta has been in the ad biz forever. He worked in agencies all over LA, both big and small and moved to Austin in 1994 where he was creative director for a few years before starting The Ad Ranch. He’s won a lot of awards that collect dust in the back closet.
Laurie Baalman came to Austin in 1999 and started working at The Ad Ranch as graphic designer/greta wrangler. She’s always just a phone call away if you need anything.
Brian Brown is the "Web Guy". Or, as it says on his cards, The Inventor of The Internets. He gets it. He’s the only Web developer we’ve ever had that we didn’t have to have shot.
